Mr. Roger, one dollar hot dogs? Your age is showing . . . Please pass the yellow mustard!

Mr. Roger, respectfully, not from a food truck. Roach Coach? Yes, if you can find one. Food truck? No. Silly Mr. Roger . . . That is not what they are all about nor is it profitable. Please pass the yellow mustard!

Mr. Roger, I think you will find that a Roach Coach is set up to store pre-packaged food in a heated or refrigerated environment until served. Although they are inspected by the health department, not to the extent or with the requirements that food trucks must meet. A food truck is actually a rolling kitchen meeting commercial kitchen requirements per the local health department based on the food served. Food Trucks ≠ $1.00 Hot Dogs Please! You are not really putting yellow mustard on that taco are you?

Just had the Filipino Glass noodles and wantons from Flip One. DELICIOUS. I recommend everyone check out the rally!
