Dirt from a construction site flooded Dogwood Terrace on Thursday.
Ashford Park's Dogwood Terrace flooded with reddish brown runoff following heavy rains Wednesday and Thursday.
The dirt, which ran across the 2600 block, was photographed by resident Victoria Gress.
