I am an interested and involved homeowner of the City of Brookhaven with a family that includes both children and pets that has lived here for well over a decade.

I am not adverse to change nor am I reluctant to see stasis in the "current" environment.

I do feel it is necessary to know what change we are talking about and how it will occur before anything is started.  On the other hand, stasis at the cost of stagnation and decay is also not acceptable to me.
