Wife, Mother to be, Business owner
I‘m running for City Council because I care about our City and I am willing to put in the work to continue improving the quality of life in Brookhaven.
I’ve lived in Historic Brookhaven for over 12 years, spent the bulk of my career in corporate America working for both start ups and fortune 500 companies. For the past 8 years I have been running my own consulting business. My husband Aaron and I are expecting our first child so it is important to me that we develop a City that is safe and one that we are proud of.
Making smart fiscal decisions, ensuring public safety with fully staffed and equipped police, fire and EMS – with respectable response times, and that new developments as well as redevelopments are in keeping with what is important to our neighborhoods and families is my goal.
Some believe that the recent cityhood vote was divisive for our community. Bridging common goals together for the greater good of our community is my desire.
Building consensus, managing relationships, clear communication with decision making based on careful analysis are the skills and thoughtful process that I bring to City Hall.
Pledging to encourage common sense governance, honesty and integrity and prudent decision making - I respectfully ask for your vote in November.
