@Carl Childers - I do understand that if this had not been raised, it could have been a quit calm spring. I empathize, because I always felt the same when a developer decided to make some 'improvement' in green space and we had to fight to maintain the status quo. Or when the school board decided to redistrict. So I do appreciate that it's a pain to have to fight just to keep something you already have. I can't speak for others, I'm just a resident who happens to think this will make our community better.
