The Goodwynn At Town Brookhaven Sold
Invesco Real Estate has purchased the 372-unit complex.
It's been a busy week so far for Brookhaven's residential real estate complexes. First came news that a part of The Brookhaven has been purchased by NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson. Now we hear that The Goodwynn has been purchased by Invesco Real Estate. According to CoStar.com, Invesco purchased the 372-unit complex at Town Brookhaven from Lincoln Property Co. The Goodwynn was built the multifamily in 2010. The website said Invesco will hire Lincoln Property to continue managing the development. The sale price was undisclosed, but The Goodwynn was assessed at $34.4 million last year. Glad to hear it was sold! Hopefully they will address the long standing crime issues and lack of concern by the local property manager. The term customer service is a foreign language to both The Goodwynn and Lincoln Properties! more ›
