Four Brookhaven Nonprofits Honored With Donations

Wells Fargo honored these nonprofits based in Brookhaven.

Four Brookhaven-based non-profits were recently honored with $1,000 Days of Giving donations as the Wells Fargo program will exceed $1 million in grants to groups across Georgia this fall, since its beginning four years ago. In all, 62 groups received $1,000 checks at a community breakfast at Founders Hall in Roswell. Three additional breakfasts are occurring across Atlanta this fall and 251 groups in all will receive the same gift. Wells Fargo also announced that it is encouraging all the groups honored – and others – to take part in Georgia Gives Day. That is a statewide campaign to encourage people throughout Georgia to support nonprofits, climaxing in a 24-hour statewide giving event on Dec. 6, 2012. The Brookhaven-based groups …
