Village Place Holiday Celebration Puts Pets On Parade

Village Place held its first annual holiday celebration in Brookhaven this past Sunday.

  The businesses of the Village Place along Dresden Drive held its first annual holiday event this past Sunday, Dec. 2. Among the events and activities were a holiday pet parade. Also included was a Little House of Art Kids Christmas Party; and special deals from many of Village Place's vendors and businesses. Here are some highlights of the pet parade.

Oh, No! Library Coffee Is Closing!

After more than three years as an original anchor for Village Place, Library Coffee is closing its doors at the end of the month. Owner Brian Kahan posted this item on his store's Facebook page on May 14: "After an awesome three and a half year run we are closing our doors on May 31st. While it is truly sad to close our doors, I have an amazing offer and life opportunity that I simply cannot pass up. Brookhaven has been part of my life for 11 years and our goal when we opened up was to try and give Brookhaven it's own independent meeting space/café.
