State Rep. Scott Holcomb has been named a 2012 Young Leader by the French-American Foundation.
State Rep. Scott Holcomb, D-Atlanta, has been named a 2012 Young Leader by the French-American Foundation. He will be participating in the Foundation’s leadership conferences in 2012 and 2013. Young Leaders are selected by committees in France and the United States through a highly competitive process. Prominent alumni of the program include President Bill Clinton, current French President Jacques Hollande, World Bank President Robert Zoellick, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and General Wesley Clark. Conferences are designed to foster an exchange of ideas and to deepen the political and cultural connections that cement U.S. and French political and business cooperation.
