Looks Like Brookhaven Is Getting A New Pizza Place

The spot is right across the street from the old Library Coffee, now home to The One Sushi Plus.

Last week, while I was tooling about and looking for some interesting photo ops, I came across this sign right across the street from the soon-to-come The One Sushi Plus. Looks like we'll be getting a new pizza parlor along Dresden Drive, sometime in the near future. The restaurant's website is under construction.

The One Sushi Plus Is Hiring In Brookhaven

Now in the spot of the old Library Coffee, The One Sushi Plus is looking for employees.

Looks like The One Sushi Plus is moving closer to a grand opening. In the site of the old Library Coffee, The One Sushi Bar is owned by the same people who own Ichiban Steak & Sushi, according to an UrbanSpoon listing. The restaurant's website says it will be opening in late November, but given the fact that there's only a couple of days left in the month, we're not going to count on that.
