Broookhaven Post Office scheduled to move by Spring
Officials originally projected the relocation for January.
The Brookhaven Station Post Office will relocate to the North Atlanta Carrier Facility at 1920 Dresden Drive by March, according to a United State Postal Services spokesperson. The move was originally scheduled for this month, according to letters posted on the walls inside the Peachtree Road location, but the renovations to the new facility are taking longer than expected, said Michael Miles, the Post Office's Atlanta District spokesman. "We are are on track to opening up by March and are now renovating the facility to be able to accommodate its new use," Miles said.
