Beer Growler In Brookhaven Getting Closer

The popular tavern has its logo on the doors at its upcoming Dresden Drive location.

Brookhaven's very own Beer Growler seems to be getting closer to reality. The franchise has its logo on its doors at at 1400 Dresden Drive. Earlier this year, Patch reported that the Brookhaven location was expected to open by the end of July. The shops will only sell growlers - 32- and 64-ounce glass jugs used to transport draft beer for off premises consumption. Beer Growler Coming To Brookhaven

Brookhaven, Suwanee, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Johns Creek will soon have Beer Growler shops.

The Beer Growler is expanding deeper into the Atlanta suburbs. Beer Growler franchises are expected to open by the end of July in Brookhaven at 1400 Dresden Road and in Suwanee at 4140 Moore Road. By the of the summer, franchises should open in Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Johns Creek, , Denny Young, one of the co-owners, said Thursday afternoon at the Beer Growler store in Avondale Estates. Young said he and the other owners want the franchises to look something like the shop in Avondale Estates, but their big concern is maintaining product quality.
