Briarwood Park Christens Forest Patio's New Grills

More volunteers are needed for Saturday, June 29, to help install an irrigation system.

The new grills at Briarwood Park's new grills were christened this past Friday evening.

Chad Boles, president of the Friends of Briarwood Park, repored that Mayfield Signature Homes and Tim Nama painted the tables and poles.

"They also provided a new metal roof and concrete pads for the Forest Patio," Boles said. "The grills were provided by DeKalb County. Decorative signage was provided by Shaw’s Saw Shop, Ray Shaw."

Phase two of the Forest Patio is almost complete. "On Saturday, June 29, we’ll install the irrigation system provided by Oasis Landscape and Irrigation and Ferguson Enterprises," Boles said. "Please come join us at 9 am for any effort you’d like to donate, big or small."
