Brookhaven Fitness Studio will be kicking off a new series of Teen and Tween Yoga Classes on Saturday, January 12 - February 16.  Specifically designed with teens & tweens in mind, this program introduces young girls to the benefits of a regular yoga strength and flexibility practice. With music and peers they can relate to, and teen geared instruction and choreography, they will create a conducive environment for teens to become receptive to the body awareness and confidence, stress relief, energy and concentration this practice delivers.  Coed, ages 11 and up.
