Exploring a Charter School Conversion at Ashford Park School
Should parents entertain the idea of pushing for Ashford Park Elementary to be converted to a Charter School?
A public meeting will be held in the clubhouse at Ashford Memorial Park this Wednesday, April 24th at 6pm to discuss what it would mean and what is required to convert Ashford Park Elementary into a Charter school. This meeting will serve primarily as an information gathering session. Come listen to experts from the Georgia State Charter Association, education advocates, and parents with experience in conversion charter schools to gain knowledge and ask questions about how such a conversion could benefit our students, faculty and community at large.
