I'm also grateful for the magnanimity of our neighborhood. Nonetheless, I cannot understand why APS cannot find that money. We pay >$250,000 annually for our Superintendent. Why? I also think back when the Board attempted to spend $23,000 on a PR campaign because of its own missteps.
