Marist School Alumni Raise Funds for Tuition Assistance

The former students raised more $36,000 to help other students.

Marist School Class of 1960, in recognition of its 50th reunion, shows support for the school by raising $36,000. This donation, which goes toward the Alumni Annual Fund for Tuition Assistance, provides assistance to deserving students, who would otherwise not be able to attend Marist.

“We are very grateful to this class’s generosity, especially during the current economy,” states Margie Mawn Jameson ’85, director of alumni relations. “Marist alumni stay connected in many ways—from volunteering to raising funds to participating in Marist School’s Career Connections program, to name a few. ”

In addition to the Class of 1960’s gift, the Class of 1995 donated more than $15,900 to go toward tuition assistance.  The core values of Marist School, especially serving others, remain with alumni long after they graduate.
