Nearly $20K Pledged for Outdoor Classroom
The Ashford Park School Education Foundation hopes money raised through Uruut, co-founded by a Dunwoody resident, will fund the project.
The Ashford Park School Education Foundation is looking to get seed money of $100,000 for an outdoor project through a crowd-funding initiative, Uruut.
The foundation hopes the contributions raised through Uruut -- co-founded by Mark Feinberg, who lives in Dunwoody -- will make a brand new outdoor amphitheater and classroom a reality, a Dunwoody Crier article reports. The Brookhaven school's existing outdoor classroom area has seen better days.
