Light Done Right

After the last couple of months of celebration and throwing caution to the wind, chef and food guru Ray Overton will help you get back on track with this easy and fun menu designed to pack a lot of flavor without the fat and calories. Broiled Medallions of Pork and Pineapple Salsa starts off the menu. Almond Orzo and Green Beans with Preserved Lemons and Garlic will follow. The class ends with a delightful Orange Angel Food Cake with Fresh Berry Sauce. The Cook’s Warehouse is always ready to help in any situation – all you have to do is reserve a place in the class!
