Zombie expert and author Max Brooks will speak at Oglethorpe University on Monday, October 24, at 7:00 p.m. in Lupton Hall. Brooks will offer “10 Lessons for Surviving a Zombie Attack,” based on his book The Zombie Survival Guide. Brooks also is the author of The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks and World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War, soon to be made into a major motion picture starring Brad Pitt. Brooks is a former Saturday Night Live writer and is the son of Mel Brooks and Ann Bancroft. The event is free and open to the public, with limited seating. A book signing will follow.
