The Goodwynn At Town Brookhaven Sold
Invesco Real Estate has purchased the 372-unit complex.
It's been a busy week so far for Brookhaven's residential real estate complexes.
First came news that a part of The Brookhaven has been purchased by NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson.
Now we hear that The Goodwynn has been purchased by Invesco Real Estate.

According to CoStar.com, Invesco purchased the 372-unit complex at Town Brookhaven from Lincoln Property Co.
The Goodwynn was built the multifamily in 2010. The website said Invesco will hire Lincoln Property to continue managing the development.
The sale price was undisclosed, but The Goodwynn was assessed at $34.4 million last year.
Patch found it interesting that both The Brookhaven and The Goodwynn are described in the original reports as being located in the upper, or northern, part of Buckhead, not in the actual city of Brookhaven.
