Here's one for you Eddie. My fear is the council persons will receive a filtered list of proposals. I think they should be able to see ALL of them and then THEY decide. http://www.reporternewspapers.net/2012/11/28/brookhaven-commission-receives-bids-to-provide-services/

I would expect it to below the primary numbers due to the fact its only a Mayor's race in 4 of the districts and a council race in 3 districts. So you don't have the other primary races which decide elections in GA due to the drawing of districts to assure party domination. So I'll say 13%

Joe The Plumber, as far as the turn out, I can't defy your logic. You hit the nail on the head. As far as your "filtered proposals" message to Eddie E., surely not. You would have to think that level of deception would be found out in short order. But again, maybe not.

Joe, I guess I'm a dullard, but this bogus need for secrecy flies in the face of the concept of 'transparency' that was used to sell the municipalization. Of course the council should see EVERYTHING and then make the appropriate decisions. After all they are the ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES (of the handful of people who bothered to vote). It is beyond offensive the level of authority that has been given to 'appropriate' individuals since the initiation of C4ND. The effort that has been put into ensuring that nobody failed to provide the 'pre-ordained conclusion' is repulsive. But the reality is obvious. Our 'Peachtree Corners Moment' is coming.

Thank You for the story,Now we know why,one who wants to be in public office and those support them and ,who want more law enforcement on Buford ,but see that IT IS OK to invade the Ashford Park percent,, damaging the phone poles with TONS signs for their person for public office sorry I stop counting AFTER !7 on only Four Streets going from Ashford Park to Georian Park.,there were more then that ,but 17 were removed ,plus the two signs off clairmont that owners DID NOT give their ok to place.
