Proponents and opponents of HB 636 - the bill to form the City of Brookhaven - will have an opportunity to address members of the Governmental Affairs Committee regarding the issue of Brookhaven cityhood Tuesday, Jan. 31 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the State Capital in room 341.
