Early Voting Begins Next Week At Chamblee City Hall

Brookhaven's closest early voting location opens on Monday, Oct. 29, 2012.


While early voting has been going on throughout DeKalb County for more than a week, the closest location to Brookhaven will open on Monday, Oct. 29, 2012.

Registered voters can cast their ballots at Chamblee City Hall from 7 am to 7 pm until Friday, Nov. 2.

Of local interest are not only the new city of Brookhaven's first municipal elections, but also a referendum to extend the city limits of Chamblee by annexing several neighborhoods.

Other early voting locations are:

  • DeKalb Voter Registration & Elections Office at 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300, Decatur 30032.
  • South DeKalb - Community Achievement Center Inc. at 4522 Flat Shoals Parkway, Decatur 30034. (For seniors and disabled citizens.)
  • Tucker Recreation Center at 4898 LaVista Road, Tucker 30084. (For senior and disabled citizens.)
  • Clark Harrison Building, 330 W. Ponce de Leon Ave., Room A, Decatur 30030.
  • Berean Christian Church Community Center, 2440 Young Road, Stone Mountain 30088.

No early voting will be allowed on Saturday, Nov. 3, or Monday, Nov. 5.
