Mr. AshfordObserver, on the contrary, the more the merrier! Are you keeping up with all the promises being made too? Nothing like holding feet to the fire and watching a BS artist squirm for four years! While I am at it, let me take this opportunity to note how a few very small, petty folks like to elevate themselves by disparaging those they take exception to regardless of reason. Hopefully, this behavior is not visible in your business dealings in this economy. Times like this is when I find out who my best employees are. Business is business. If they do not pass the mustard, I eliminate them and find someone that can represent my business as I demand. Not everyone likes special hamburgers for various reasons. However, a condition of employment is being polite and exceptional customer service. Very little to ask regardless of your industry or place of employment. The lack of such courtesy reflects on the longevity your future employment. Now, where is that special hamburger!

I guess my sarcasm was too well disguised... The point of my post was that 40/40000 =/= 1% The sour grapes crowd whose sole purpose is to ruin every constructive article and discussion was so excited to jump the gun on this one that they screwed up their 3rd grade math joke. Nice job!

The curmudgeons in the balcony seem to not be able to let go of the last war. The war is over. Now, the peace needs to be won. How about focusing on the future and not the past? I heard no promises at this first "Candidate Forum". Now, considering that you said you did not get to the forum on time, I am very curios of what promises you heard. Launching a new city has many challenges--and opportunities. It would be better if we all focused on how to MEET and OVERCOME those challenges and how to maximize the opportunities.

Mr. Phil, is Mr. Clayton reaching out with an olive branch? Or, is his finger poised to poke out someone’s eye? http://brookhavenga.wordpress.com/2012/08/19/elections-on/ Please pass the yellow mustard!
