Jim; I hand delivered the written POAP (Patrol as Often as Possible) forms to each team on each watch; specifically to the Watch Commanders. At the time, LT Meredith had already instructed his guys to spend as much time as they could in the area. Ms. French is correct in her understanding that juveniles are released the same day that we arrest them (in most cases), and in her sense that her incident could be related to the others. North CID is currently investigating these incidents, and I have been communicating with Chamblee PD CID and our Major Crimes Unit out of Headquarters in reference to the crew we arrested last week. We’re throwing everything we have at it. That’s all the info that I have at this time.

Today marked the 3rd break after the above response was sent. The perpetrators are bold. They’ve broken into houses with the alarms going off. The home they broke into this afternoon had no alarm, they went to each floor, searching each room , each closet and each drawer.
