January 8: Fraud by illegal use of credit/financial transaction of a car was reported on the 500 block of Oglethorpe Drive at 10:00 a.m.

January 9: Theft by deception was reported on the 2100 block of Johnson Ferry Road at 11:52 a.m.

January 9: Criminal trespass and damage was reported on the 1600 block of Danbury Parc Place at 5:00 p.m.

January 12: Theft of lost or mislaid property was reported on the 3600 block of Ashford Creek Place at 12:30 a.m.

January 15: Battery was reported on the 1400 block of Bates Center at 7:00 p.m.

January 16: Simple assault/simple battery was reported on the 2700 block of Drew Valley Road at 12:00 a.m.
