Patch Picks: Valentine's Day Edition

Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday, but don’t think for one second that you can’t have fun on a 'school night' with your loved one, with friends, or even alone.

There's no better way to spend Valentine's Day than to take a few moments to think of someone less fortunate. Thaakat Atlanta will host the event “Will You Be My Thaakat?” at cosponsored by Amnesty International. During this event students and volunteers will make Valentine's cards for people at Stronghold Atlanta, a shelter for the domestically abused.
