Celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day at Oglethorpe University!
The tremendous women student-athletes of Oglethorpe University want to extend an invitation to you, your daughters and sons, nieces and nephews, and any other boys and girls you know to come to Oglethorpe's Schmidt Center, this Friday, February 1, from 4:30-6:00pm, and celebrate the 27th ANNUAL NATIONAL GIRLS AND WOMEN IN SPORTS DAY by participating in our "sports-fair", that will include:
There will be clinics and contest; the opportunity to test skills, get instruction and try out the various sports, as well as, meet members our women's sport's teams!! Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Golf, Tennis, Cross-Country, and Track and Field will be represented!
Following the sports-fair stay and cheer on our OU women's and men's basketball teams as they take on conference rival Centre College!
