5K Latino Walk - Stay Healthy

Walk for Health on World Health Day!

Join us and walk 5K from Northeast Plaza Shopping Center (in front of "Mercado del Pueblo" to Plaza Fiesta on Buford Highway, one of the most diverse corridors in the country.

This is a family-friendly event including complimentary refreshments for everybody arriving to the finish point.

This event is hosted by the Hispanic Health Coalition of Georgia (http://www.hhcga.org) and is FREE.

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of pedestrian safety @ Buford Highway, one of the most dangerouns roads in the country as well as the high risk for obesity and cardiovascular diseases Hispanics have compared to other demographics.
