Over and Beyond Basketball, LLC will be hosting its 2nd Annual Celebration of the Student-Athlete on Saturday March 16th from 4PM-6PM. We are taking a moment to acknowledge all hard-working student-athletes in or surrounding the Decatur community by bringing them and their families together to enjoy a milestone in their lives.
All participating student-athletes are required to write and submit a 750 word essay explaining what it means to be a true student-athlete to overandbeyondbball@yahoo.com. Entry deadline is March 9th. The winner will present his/her essay to those in attendance and will receive a special gift package. We are asking you as the readers to encourage all student-athletes that you know of to paricipate whether it is your child, niece, nephew or friend. We look forward to seeing and meeting all of you!
