Chamblee Annexation Goes Before Voters
Judge says Brookhaven can proceed with City Center annexation efforts if vote fails.
Voters in a portion of unincorporated DeKalb will decide Tuesday night if they want to be annexed into Chamblee.
The annexed land would include the City Center property, which Brookhaven is attempting to annex for itself. A judge last week halted Brookhaven's efforts, saying the city could only proceed only if the Chamblee vote fails.
