MARTA to Operate Special 24-Minute Weekend Schedule on Red/Gold Lines

In order to accommodate scheduled track work, MARTA will operate a 24-minute schedule on the Red and Gold Lines on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16.

Customers traveling this weekend are advised to please allow extra time for their trip. All trains on the Red and Gold Lines will travel to the Airport until the end of the service day to provide a 12-minute schedule from Lindbergh Center Station to the Airport Station. The special 24-minute schedule is posted at www.itsmarta.com/single-tracking.aspx.

MARTA will not do any daytime single-tracking on the Blue and Green Lines.

MARTA is conducting regularly scheduled track work as part of its Capital Improvement Program to rebuild and upgrade the rail system to enhance the overall safety and reliability of the service.
