Randee Kelly takes initiative and makes decisions under pressure for PrivatePlus Mortgage

PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead, has named Miranda (Randee) Kelly as part of its Operational Support team. She is organized, innovative and brings 10 years of sales experience to the organization.

“Randee does her research, no matter what project she is tackling, and has the admirable ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure, which are great qualities to have in our fast-changing industry,” says Dan Smith, President of PrivatePlus.

The Atlanta native is known for being smart, honest, fair and for putting each client first. Kelly also is highly organized and consistently surrounds herself with a strong team of collaborators, which she describes as her SWAT team.

“Being the oldest of four children taught me the importance of taking initiative, problem solving and thinking on my toes,” she says.

Kelly resides in Atlanta along with her two little boys, who she jokingly listed on employee bio information as both her children and her pets. She is an avid runner who turned 30 this year and, in keeping, has committed to run 30 races before her next birthday. Kelly also is an energetic volunteer, having served as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, and now gives her time to both Nicholas House, which provides transitional housing, and La Amistad, which provides tutoring, mentoring and other resources that support Latino students.
