Questions Over Councilman's Product Sold at Stardust

The city has recently issued 14 citations a day over a week's time to Stardust for illegal operations.

Michael Morrison of the Stardust store in Brookhaven is wondering why a massage oil and candle he sells is deemed an adult product – and is therefore illegal – but the same item is considered a health product when it's sold by a city council member's company.

Morrison, whose store has recently racked up 14 city-issued citations a day for illegal operations, shared his thoughts in a WSB-TV report. The station also posed the issue to city council member Joe Gebbia, who told WSB that his Naturally Hemp company mostly sells to businesses such as health food shops and pharmacies. According to the report, he considers the candle a health product.
