Stardust Could Meet City in State Court

Michael Morrison of Stardust says he intends to sue the city in state court.

A Brookhaven Reporter article says Stardust was to appear in Brookhaven Municipal Court next Friday, July 12. But Morrison, who founded the store, shared other plans with the news outlet.

According to the article, the city has repeatedly cited the store for violating its sexually- oriented business ordinance; Morrison disagrees with those claims. The report says the city isn't commenting on the citations.
