Here's What the New Chamblee Plaza May Look Like

Trinity Development is planning a town hall meeting later in April.

The new owners of Chamblee Plaza are planning a town hall meeting later this month to further discuss its plans for redeveloping the nearly 20-acre complex.

David Henzlik, managing partner of Trinity Development, said his company worked with a panel comprised of local residents to assist them with a site plan that will transition Chamblee Plaza into a city center.

β€œThe panel was an outgrowth from a town hall meeting we convened last November that was attended by upwards of 100 local residents," Henzlik said. "Since then, we’ve met regularly with seven residents of neighborhoods adjacent to Chamblee Plaza, including Huntley Hills and Sexton Woods."

Henzlik recently spoke to the Chamblee Business Association, saying that he hopes to begin redevelopment efforts by this summer.

The time and date for the April town hall meeting have yet to be determined.
