More Than 130 'Likes' on 'Save the Pink Pony' Facebook Page
A page was begun in mid May to support the strip club in its lawsuit against the city of Brookhaven.
A Facebook page was started in mid May to 'Save the Pink Pony.'
To date, the page has garnered 137 'likes.'
"The Pink Pony is under threat of being forced to close by the newly created city of Brookhaven near Atlanta, GA.," the page says. "With the creation of the new city, the founding fathers have decided to 'Zone Out' any existing businesses that are not to their liking."
The Pink Pony is suing Brookhaven because it wants to continue serving alcohol. It can do that in unincorporated DeKalb.
A Brookhaven city law prohibits the sale of alcohol in establishments where nude dancing occurs.
