Chef Linton Hopkins of Restaurant Eugene Hosts Cooking Class

Join Chef Linton Hopkins in an iron-chef style adventure as he demonstrates the techniques of farm to table cookery!  Chef Hopkins will prepare a three course meal featuring “surprise” ingredients from a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box. Participants will learn what it takes to create meals and ingredients from scratch, and easily turn them into a delicious meal with seasonal ingredients.  The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.

One hundred percent of class tuition benefits Atlanta’s Table, a project of the Food Bank that collects food from our local hospitality industry and delivers it to more than 40 nonprofit partner agencies that provide meals for those in need.
