A developer has big plans for the former Great Gatsby's site on Peachtree Boulevard.
According to commercial real estate site bisnow.com, Spruce Street Partners will turn the foreclosed property into a mixed-use, transit-oriented development, which is located walking distance from the Chamblee MARTA station.
