Brookhaven Theater Owner Suing AMC
Suit alleges that AMC pressures movie distributors into withholding new releases to smaller company.
Accusing the large movie company of pressuring distributors into withholding new releases from small chains, the owner of Brookhaven's CineBistro is suing AMC, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Cobb Theaters, which owns CineBistro at Town Brookhaven, alleges that AMC Entertainment also pressures property owners into not leasing space to the smaller Birmingham-based company.
