Marist Coach, Wife Indicted for Embezzlement

Emmett Hall and Pauline Berry-Hall are accused of stealing from a beverage company where Berry-Hall worked.

A Marist School assistant basketball coach and his wife were indicted for embezzlement Friday afternoon.

Emmett Hall and Pauline Berry-Hall are accused of stealing $150,000 from the Monarch Beverage Company, where Berry-Hall worked, according to 11Alive.

A spokesman for the DeKalb County District Attorney told the station that Berry-Hall was an accountant and logistics manager for the company, where she prepared payments and recorded accounts payable.

Berry-Hall has been charged with forgery, theft and identity fraud, while Emmett Hall faces a charge of theft by receiving.
