Movie Screening to Benefit OU-Brookhaven Community Garden

Join us at Oglethorpe University’s Lupton Auditorium on Thursday, July 12 for a screening of the documentary film GROW! by Anthony Masterson. The filmmaker will be on hand at the screening to answer questions. 

GROW! examines the energy, passion and independence of a fresh crop of young Georgia farmers and the growth and culture of local, sustainable farming.

Local restaurants Farm Burger and The Little Tart Bakeshop will be selling tasty treats beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the film will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The event is free, but a $3 donation is encouraged. All donations will benefit the OU-Brookhaven Community Garden, which helps to feed 30 needy local families each month.
