Location and access to rail are our best features. I hope we continue to encourage walkable communities such as Town Brookhaven and Dresden Dr but it's time to put a moratorium on apartments and focus on cluster housing and town homes for young families and retiring boomers. In addition, we need to control blight caused by billboards and replace muddy paths with sidewalks along our major roadways.

Add turn lanes, sidewalks, and adjust signal timing to match the traffic load. adding and Improvements to parks, bike lanes/trails etc need to be thought out once our budgets are finalized.
