1. Run for a Cause! Brookhaven Bolt 5K Race

This race/community event helps raise funds for Ashford Park Elementary. Join the more than 1,000 runners as they beat feet for a great cause.

Parking for participants is at the Brookhaven Marta station, a short .3-mile warm-up stroll away from the starting area.

Donations are also accepted at www.brookhavenbolt.com for those unable to make the race.

2. Sweet rides and family fun! St. Matthew's Car Show 2011

Have you seen some of the fancy classic cars that go about in Brookhaven? Check out the gorgous autos in the spotlight at this St. Matthew's car show in Loganville. Auto afficionados are sure to enjoy showing off that prize set of wheels, and with live music, a raffle and children's activities, have a great day with the family, too.
