Hollywood Light Shines on Brookhaven

USA network's new show Necessary Roughness was on location in Brookhaven.

The one-hour television drama series Necessary Roughness was filmed Wednesday night in Historic Brookhaven on Club Drive.Β  Cast trailers were posted at the Lynwood Park United Church of God in Christ on Windsor Parkway. Due to the dozens of equipment trucks and cast trailers, the traffic on the already tight but quiet two-lane residential road was stop-and-go. The crew was expected to move to another part of Atlanta to continue filming Thursday.

No one would grant Patch an interview, but directed media inquiries to Sony's public relations department.

The show's Pilot episode was filmed in Atlanta in November and December. It was was picked up for 12 episodes in January.
