Five things to know today - April 4

Your daily dose of what's happening in your neighborhood.

1. Keep you umbrellas handy and your sunglasses close! The National Weather Service predicts a forecast of a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82.

2. Come back at 10 a.m. for our weekly video column "Patch Asked, You Answered". This week, we've asked your neighbors how they feel about DeKalb County services. Tune back in to see what they had to say. 

3. Toddler Storytime at . Load up the little ones and haul them off to the Brookhaven Library for storytime from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Stories, songs and rhymes targets the developmental needs of preschoolers.   Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to sit on the floor.  Siblings welcome.

4. Take the kids to Spring Break Camp at today through Friday, April 8. The camp is for children ages 5-12 and lasts all day from 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Cost is   $30 for the week.  Meals are not included so bring lunch and snacks.

5. Don't forget to watch our evening to get the top stories in Brookhaven and other DeKalb and Fulton County communities at 6 p.m.
