Brookhaven's luxury high-rise living

These luxury high-rises claim to meet resident's every need.

From lofts to high-rises to regal residences surrounded by lush nature that explodes like a flowering birthday cake in the Spring, many residential options exist in Brookhaven.  For those who prefer high-rise living and the luxury of being pampered by airport service and a concierge eager to do your bidding, The Brookhaven condominium high-rise provides many of the services of a fine hotel.

Do you love opening the door and having the concierge whisk away your cleaning efficiently returning it in two days, or the courtesy of having your packages mailed for you?  Would you like the option of house cleaning service?

Maybe you would be excited by the fact that you could attend complimentary Yoga, Pilates and “Boot Camp” cardio classes with personal trainers and the advantage of a private outdoor pool, tennis court and sauna just moments from your door?

You may prefer lounging in the penthouse garden with lovely plantings and exceptional nighttime views of Buckhead’s sparkling business corridor.

With these conveniences in mind, The Brookhaven might be your favorite choice for a permanent residence.  Built in 1986, the building has gone through an extensive renovation and the one and two bedroom high ceiling residences range from 850 to a spacious 1,350 square feet, with hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows, tile bathrooms, and completely renovated kitchens with stainless steel appliances and spectacular skyline views with the option of sun rooms or balconies.

Like anyone else lucky enough to enjoy the convenience of living in Brookhaven, their homes are enhanced by the advantage of having grocers, restaurants and the Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza Malls in close proximity.

The Brookhaven has created a friendly ambiance for singles and families with children, and has provided many options for residents to get to know one another.  The building's community area provides a gathering place for television, cards and games, billiards, and each Thursdays, Canyons Burger Company serves delicious hamburgers, discounted for residents.

Brenda Brown is a relatively new resident having moved in June 2010, but she said she is happy about the conveniences of living at the skyrise.  “I love living here because the service is absolutely Four Star.  It’s like living in a New York hotel, but with Southern hospitality," Brown said.

Brown said when she moved into her unit, maintenance crews helped her assemble her furniture. That same crew, she said, responds to repair requests immediately.

"I don’t use the other amenities, but it is wonderful knowing there is 24-hour concierge service and if anything goes wrong, they’re always there.  If I want something to eat, I walk out my door and within a short walk; I have Chinese food, Italian, Starbucks and a whole street of excellent restaurants on Dresden Drive.  If I want to walk my dog, we can walk in the beautiful area of the Capitol City Club.

I am a single woman and I can’t say enough about how much I love the neighborhood and the security of living in this amazingly efficient high-rise that makes me feel very protected and cared for."
