Organizers of the Brookhaven Bolt held annually in Ashford Park announced the 2012 date this week.
The bolt will be held May 12, 2012. The event helps support the School by providing much-needed dollars for supplies and other resources.
The Bolt, which attracts more than 3,000 runners and walkers each year is a 5K course (3.1 miles) around the Ashford Park neighborhoods with start and finish in Village Place.
