Brookhaven Attractive to Foreign Investors

Brookhaven Gardens resident, real estate agent, and Brookhaven Patch blogger Karen Smyth offered her expertise to Public Broadcasting Atlanta for its story 'Foreign Buyers Attracted to Georgia'.

Smyth said on the show ‘All Things Considered’ that Brookhaven and the Lake Lanier communities are hotbeds for foreign buyers because “our square footage, our locations and our per acre is cheaper than anywhere else."

Smyth reiterated to Patch Monday that it is not unusual for her to sell to buyers from Egypt, Spain, Canada.
